🔒 Privacy policy

Valley3D is a personal, non-commercial fan project. This page explains what data the forum collects, why, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

If you join: your nickname, your email address, your language and what you post (topics, replies, chat messages, images). If you subscribe to release emails: only your email. For everyone: anonymous visit statistics (page, language, approximate city and country, device type and the network provider), without storing your IP address.

How we use it

Your email is used only to send sign-in links, mention notifications you can turn off, and release emails you subscribed to. Statistics help understand which languages and pages people use. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Cookies

Only one technical cookie is used, to keep you signed in, remember your language and protect forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes the data

The forum runs on a server rented by the developer. Emails are delivered through an email provider (currently Google Gmail). Release information comes from the public GitHub repository. No data is shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Daily backups are kept for 14 days. Visit statistics do not identify people and are kept to compare trends over time.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time in Settings: your chat messages and email are removed, and your topics and replies stay without your name. Every email has a link to stop receiving it. You can also ask for a copy or the deletion of your data by email (GDPR / LGPD).
